Cheese Biscuits


•  1 cup plain flour

•  1 tsp salt

•  50g (1 3/4 oz) butter

•  2 cups grated cheddar cheese

•  3-4 tbs water




•  Preheat oven 180C (250F)

•  Combined all ingredients in blender, thermo machine

   pulse/turbo for 15 seconds. The mixture should form

   balls.  If too sticky add more flour, if too dry add more

   water.

•  Transfer dough to bench and roll flat to 2-3cm

   thickness

•  Cut into biscuit shapes

•  Place on baking paper lined tray and bake for 10-12

   minutes

•  Leave to cool and then eat!
