Busy Mixing Tips

•  ½ tsp ground cloves

•  2 tsp ground ginger

•  ½ tsp ground nutmeg

•  4 tsp ground cinnamon

•  ½ tsp ground cardomon

•  200g (7oz) milk powder

•  Place all ingredients in a container with a lid

•  Shake until well mixed


Store in an air tight container

To serve place 1 - 2 tbs in a mug and pour over hot water and add a splash of fresh milk

You can also add sugar to the mixture but I try to avoid the stuff and I don't think it needs it

If you only have whole cloves you can crush them in a motor and pestle first
