Busy Mixing Tips

•  2 cups rice or

•  2 cups quinoa or

•  2 cups pasta or

•  On a day when you are not busy cook up a large

   batch of your favorite rice, quiona or pasta

• Once cooled portion it into meal sizes in zip lock

   bags and lay flat (I make portions for 2 people but

   use poritions to suit your family size)

•  Lable and freeze each portion

•  When a meal calls for rice or quinoa simple remove

   from zip lock bag, place in microwave safe container

   and cook for 2 minutes on high

•  When a meal calls for pasta simple remove from bag

   and place frozen pasta in a bowl of boiling water and

   let it sit for 4 minutes
