Frypan and pot

10 minutes prep

15 minutes ready to eat

Step 1

•  2 eggs

•  2 rashes of bacon diced

•  1 bunch asparagus stalks trimmed at the

   bottom



Step 2 - sauce

•  1 tsp Dijon mustard

•  1 tsp red wine vinegar

•  1 tsp olive oil

•  salt and pepper to taste











•  Boil water in pot with lid


•  Fry bacon in a pan until crispy


•  Add eggs to boiling water and cook for 4 minutes


•  Combine step 2 ingredients in a separate bowl


•  Add asparagus to pot and cook for a further 2

   minutes


•  Drain water from pot, shell and slice the eggs


• Serve asparagus and eggs with bacon on top and

  drizzle with sauce
