Step 1 - Mince

•  1 tbs oil

•  500g mince turkey, beef or chicken

•  1 onion diced

•  3 tsp crushed garlic


Step 2 - Mince

•  1 small tin kidney beans

•  2 tsp ground cumin

•  1 tsp chili powder


Step 3 - Salsa

•  1 jar pre made salsa

•  1/4 cup sour cream


Step 4 - Toppings

•  4 cups shredded lettuce (roma or cos)

•  1/2 cup grated tasty cheese



•  Heat and fry Step 1 ingredients until meat is brown

   and onion soft

•  Add Step 2 ingredients and let simmer for 10 minutes

•  While cooking combine Step 3 ingredients in a

   separate bowl

•  Place lettuces on plate, top with mince mix, then

   salsa mix then cheese

•  Eat

15 minutes prep
