Sugar Free Salted Caramel Popcorn


Step 1

•  1/2 cup popping corn kernels


Step 2

•  1/2 cup rice malt syrup

•  1 tbs butter

•  1 tsp salt











•  Cook corn in a microwave safe container with a lid

    in the microwave for 2 minutes on high

•  Cook Step 2 ingredients in thermo machine 100C

   (212F), speed 3 for 5 minutes

•  Pour sauce over popcorn and combine well

•  Eat!

If you don't have a thermo machine heat step 2 ingredients in a pan on the stove stirring constantly until sauce thickens (approx 5 mins)
