Step 1

•  1 tbs olive oil

•  500g (18oz) beef sausages quartered

•  2 bacon rashes diced

•  1 onion diced

•  1 tsp crushed garlic


Step 2

•  8 button mushrooms sliced

•  1/4 cup worscherstershire sauce

•  2 tbs tomato paste

•  1 cup chicken stock


Step 3

•  1/2 cup sour cream

•  Sprig of parsley








•  Fry step 1 ingredients on high for 5 minutes

•  Add step 2 ingredients and stir, reduce to a simmer

   and cook for a further 5-10 minutes (until sauce

   reduced)

•  Add sour cream, stir in and turn off heat

•  Serve with parsley as garnish
