Pizza Muffins


Step 1

•  1 zucchini quartered


Step 2

•  2 cups self raising flour

•  1 cup milk

•  2 eggs

•  1 tsp dried mixed herbs


Step 3

•  1 cup grated tasty cheese

•  1 cup chopped ham

•  1/4 cup sliced black olives

•  1/4 cup diced dehydrated or sundried

   tomatoes









•  Preheat oven to 180C (350F)

•  Blend zucchini in thermo machine or food processor

   (pulse/turbo for 15 seconds)

•  Add Step 2 ingredients and blend for a further 20

   seconds

•  Add Step 3 ingredients and mix on a low speed

   (speed 2 for thermo machine) for 30 seconds.

•  Spray muffin tins with oil and divide mixture into 12

   muffins

•  Cook for 20-30 minutes


10 minutes prep

40 minutes ready to eat

Thermomachine or Food processor and oven
