Step 1

•  500g mince (pork, beef or chicken)

•  2 tsp crushed garlic

•  1 tsp crushed ginger


Step 2

•  2 tbs soy sauce

•  2 cups chinese cabbage diced

•  4 shallots diced

•  1 cup frozen peas

•  Salt and pepper to taste






•  Fry step 1 ingredients until mince is brown (approx 5 minutes

•  Add step 2 ingredients and fry until cabbage is cooked (approx 5 minutes)

•  Eat
