Busy Mixing Tips

•  2 tbs green curry paste

•  1 tbs oil

•  270ml (9oz) can of coconut milk

•  1/2 cup frozen peas (or fresh)

•  1 tsp fish sauce

•  500g (18oz) cooked peeled prawns

•  Rice to serve

Save time and bulk cook your rice so you don't have to cook it when your in a hurry.

10 minutes prep

10 minutes ready to eat

Fry pan

•  Fry curry paste and oil for 30 seconds in hot pan

   while stirring.

•  Stir in coconut milk peas and fish sauce and simmer

   for 7 minutes or until the sauce begins to thicken

•  Add in prawns and stir to into the sauce and simmer

   for a further 1 minute

•  Serve with rice
