Busy Mixing Tips

Step 1

•  2 clean glass jars

•  2 tsp crushed garlic

•  2 tsp diced dill

•  500g (17.5oz) baby cucumbers


Step 2

•  1 cup apple cider vinegar

•  1 cup water

•  1 1/2 tbs salt (not iodized table salt)















•  Wash and slice ends off each cucumber



•  Divide the step 1 ingredients between the jars.  Pack

   the cucumbers in tightly.


•  Add step 2 ingridents to a pan and bring to the boil and

   then pour into the jars.


•  Remove air bubbles and close lids tightly


•  Store pickles in the fridge for at least 48 hrs before

   opening.  Pickles will keep for several weeks in the

   fridge.
