•  3 sheets filo pastry

•  1 onion diced

•  1/2 cup grated cheese

•  6 eggs beaten

•  salt and pepper to taste

•  100g ham sliced

•  1 handful of cherry tomatoes sliced

•  1 handful of mushrooms sliced








•  Preheat oven to 180C (356F) degrees

•  Line rectangle slice tin with filo pastry

•  Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pastry

•  Cook for 30-45 minutes until bounces back when

   touched

•  Eat
