•  1 kg (2.2Ibs) lamb mince

•  1 carrot finely chopped

•  1 onion diced finely

•  1 cup gratted mozerella cheese

•  2 eggs

•  1/4 cup bread crumbs

•  1/2 tsp paprika

•  150g (5oz) fetta crumbled

•  2 tbs rosemary chopped

•  1 tsp vegie powder (optional)





•  Combine all ingredients

•  Roll balls from 1tbs of mixture (makes approx 40)

•  Cook in airfryer at 200C (390F) for 7 minutes

•  Can be eaten alone, served in soups or a nice tomato    

   sauce
