Step 1

•  4 eggs

•  3 ripe bananas

•  1/4 cup honey

•  1/2 cup milk

•  2 tsp vanilla extract

•  2 tsp baking powder

•  2 1/4 cup almond flour

•  1/2 tsp cinnamon

•  1 tbs apple cider vinegar


Step 2

•  Spray oil



•  Preheat oven 180C (350F)

•  All ingredients in blender or thermo machine,

   pulse/turbo until mixed (approx 10 seconds)

•  Spray cake/bread tin with spray oil and pour in

   mixture

•  Bake in the oven for 45 -50 minutes

5 minutes prep

55 minutes ready to eat
