Busy Mixing Tips


Step 1 - Chicken

•  1 tsp oil

•  4 chicken thighs diced

•  1/2 cup soy sauce

•  2 tsp ginger powder

•  1/4 tsp pepper


Step 2 - Sauce

•  1/4 cup finely diced cucumber

•  1 tsp minced garlic

•  1/2 cup greek or natural yogurt

•  salt and pepper to taste


Step 3 - Wrap

•  8 -12 lettuce leaves which can be used as

   wraps (eg cos or romaine)








•  Combine step 1 ingredients in a bowl except oil

•  Combine sauce ingredients in a separate bowl

•  Heat oil in a frypan and fry chicken until cook

   (aprox 8 minutes)

•  Place cooked chicken and sauce onto a lettuce leave

   and wrap leaf around mixture

•  Eat
