•  500g diced beef

•  2 tsp curry powder

•  1 onion diced

•  2 tsp minced garlic

•  2 tsp minced ginger

•  Salt and Pepper to taste

•  1 3/4 cups beef stock

•  1 tbs cornstarch mixed with 1 tbs water

•  1 potato diced

•  1/2 cup diced broccoli

•  1/2 cup diced carrots

•  1/2 cup diced broccoli




•  Place all ingredients in the slow cooker

•  Cook on low for 8 hours (or low for 4 hours)

•  Can be with rice or on its own
