Busy Mixing Tips


Step 1

•  4 chicken thigh fillets diced

•  2 tbs moroccan seasoning

•  1 tbs oil


Step 2

•  1/2 cup greek or natural yogurt

•  1 handful of mint leaves sliced


Step 3

•  2 cups watermelon diced

•  1 red radishes thinly sliced

•  1 cucumber cut into ribbons







•  Coat chicken in seasoning and fry with oil in hot pan    

   until cooked ( approx 5 minutes)

•  While its cooking combine yogurt and mint leaves in a

   separate bowl

•  Place chicken on the plate with watermelon, radish

   and cucumber and drizzle with yogurt mixture

•  Eat
