Chicken and Couscous Stirfry


Step 1

•  1/2 cup couscous

•  1 cup liquid chicken stock


Step 2

•  1 tbs oil

•  4 chicken thighs diced

•  1 tsp minced ginger

•  1 tsp minced garlic


Step 3

•  1 cup bean sprouts

•  2 cups chinese cabbage

•  3 shallots chopped

•  1/4 cup soy sauce









•  Heat chicken stock in the microwave on high for 2

   minutes then pour into a bowl with the couscous

•  Heat oil in a frypan on high, add Step 2 ingredients

   and cook for 5 minutes

•  Add Step 3 ingredients and cook for a further 5

   minutes or until cabbage is wilted

•  Mix couscous into chicken mixture

•  Eat


15 minutes prep

15 minutes ready to eat
