Step 1

•  4 chicken thighs diced

• 1 large onion diced

• 1 tbs oil


Step 2

•  1/2 head of cabbage diced

•  1 capsicum diced

•  1 can crushed or diced tomatoes

•  3 sticks of celery chopped

•  1 large carrot sliced

•  4 cups chicken stock

•  Salt and pepper to taste





•  Fry step 1 ingredients in a large pot for 5 minutes

•  Add step 2 ingredients and simmer for 40 minutes

•  Eat
