Almond Meal sour cream and chives crackers


•  2 cups almond flour

•  1 tbs chives chopped

•  70g sour cream

•  1/2 tsp garlic powder










•  Preheat oven 100C (250F)

•  Combine all ingredients in a processor or thermo

   machine (turbo/pluse for 10 seconds)

•  Place on baking tray lined with baking paper. Then

  cover the mixture with another sheet of baking paper

  and roll flat with a rolling pin to as thin as you can.

•  Remove top sheet of baking paper and cut mixture

  into biscuit size squares

•  Bake for 50-60 minutes

•  Cool and break into squares
