•  400g tin of chickpeas (don't drain the liquid)

•  3 cloves of garlic

•  1/2 cup tahini

•  3 tsp lemon juice

•  1 tsp salt

•  2 tsp olive oil







•  Microwave chickpeas, liquid and garlic cloves for 5     

   minutes on high

•  Add all ingredients to food processor and

   process/pulse/turbo for approx 30 seconds or until

   creamy
